You may request a refund for your Tech Global SaaS product subscription (Starter, Pro, or Premium) within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
Your subscription is within the 14-day trial period.
You can provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or email receipt.
Your Tech Global SaaS account has not been used for more than 10% after the 14 day trial period (approximately 1.4 days).
To receive a refund, your Tech Global SaaS product subscription must be in the following condition:
No more than 10% after the trial period has passed.
The account and associated data will be deactivated upon refund approval.
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number or email receipt as proof of purchase.
Our support team will review your request and verify eligibility.
If your request meets the refund criteria, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Requests where more than 10% of the trial period has passed.
